I had a great experience with Durham Law Firm and would definitely recommend them. Tina Lawson is actually the whole reason I chose Durham in the first place, and I’m glad I made that decision. From the beginning, she made me feel comfortable and confident that I was choosing the right firm. I also want to personally recognize Brooke, my attorney, and Venus for their help throughout the process. Venus was always professional, responsive, and kept communication open whenever I had questions or needed an update. Brooke made sure my case was handled properly and helped get everything across the finish line. The entire process took some patience, but I appreciate the work that was done behind the scenes and the way everything ultimately came together. Even though with Durham Law Group at first did me wrong for giving me a lawyer to work with who left me throughout the middle of my case. They redeemed themselves and went above and beyond as Carles the guy I was working with for my dog bite case was very understanding and worked hard on my case. I was able to get more than I was expecting to receive for the case and even though the office and himself worked during business hours which I could not reach them or converse about the case as I worked at the same time. Carles was nice enough to give me a number I could text and/or call him to converse with after business hours to help me. I could not recommend Durham Law Group enough! My case manager Venus, and my Attorney Brooke were amazing. She guided me throughout my case and let me know what to expect every step of the way.
